I enjoyed Roberto Guerra’s project titled “Ecuador: The Cofan.” I love the close-ups of people, their hands, and their environment where they live. These photos give insight into their daily lives and I love that they are all in black and white. In the series, you see lots of trees, children playing, and animals of different sorts. Roberto Guerra’s work addresses social and environmental justice issues along with development and globalization. He brings a lot of great awareness to these topics in a beautiful manner.
